Dear esteemed graduating students,
The Examination and Records Division is currently in the preparatory phase for the production of certificates intended for the forthcoming 27th Convocation Ceremonies, scheduled to take place between May and June 2024. In ensuring the availability of certificates immediately after the ceremonies, we request your prompt attention to the following.
Graduating students are urged to upload their essential information on the university website through http://lasu.edu.ng/graduates_certificates/index.php_. This step is vital for generating the necessary bio-data required for the certificate production process.
To facilitate this, the Division kindly requests graduating students to submit the following documents to their respective faculty offices on or before close of work on Friday, 22nd March 2024:
1. A copy of the student’s online academic profile.
2. A copy of the duly completed online bio-data form.
3. Attach a white background passport photograph to the bio-data form.
Faculties are subsequently instructed to collate and forward these documents to the Examination and Records Division for the seamless processing of certificates. This collaborative effort is crucial to ensuring the timely production of certificates, given the substantial number of graduating students.
