The Matriculation Ceremony for incoming Undergraduate students is set to take place on Thursday, 7th March, 2024, at the Convocation Arena, beginning at 9:00 am. In preparation for this significant event, all Matriculants are required to adhere to the following guidelines:

 

1. Rehearsals:

Participate in the Matriculation Ceremony rehearsals on Wednesday, 6th March, 2024, at the Convocation Arena, commencing at 4:00 pm. This rehearsal is crucial for ensuring a smooth and organized ceremony.

 

2. Matriculation Oath Form:

Collect copies of the Matriculation Oath Form at the Research & Innovation Hall, located behind the University Store. This distribution will take place from Monday, 4th March, to Wednesday, 6th March, 2024, between 9:00 am and 4:00 pm daily.

 

3. Academic Gown Collection:

Obtain your Academic Gown from your Faculty representative by making a payment of five hundred naira (N500) only to the Bursary staff at the Research & Innovation Hall. It is mandatory to return the Academic Gown on or before Monday, 11th March, 2024, during working hours. Failure to return the gown by the specified date will result in a fine of five hundred naira (N500) only.
