MATRICULATION CEREMONY NOTICE – DSUST 2023/2024 SESSION
This serves as an official announcement to all newly admitted students that the Matriculation Ceremony for the 2023/2024 Session is scheduled as follows:
– Date: Friday, March 8, 2024
– Venue: Events/Convocation Arena
– Time: 10:00 am prompt
IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
(a) Academic Gowns will be available for collection from Faculty Officers starting Wednesday, February 28, to Thursday, March 7, 2024. Gowns must be returned in good condition to the same Officer on or before Friday, March 15, 2024.
(b) Failure to return the Academic Gown within the stipulated period mentioned in paragraph “a” will result in a fine of N2,000.00 per day.
(c) Students failing to return their gowns will be liable for a replacement fee of N50,000.00.
The Programme of events for the Ceremony is attached.
This information is crucial for all fresh students, and compliance is expected.
