In the wake of the completion of the phase 4 exercise conducted at the Faculty levels, it has come to the attention of the Management that some students remain outstanding in the biometric capturing process. Consequently, the Management has decided to extend the deadline for the biometric capturing of all students until the 10th of March, 2024.
In light of this extension, students who have not yet undergone biometric capturing are hereby mandated, through this official announcement, to promptly proceed to the Intelligent Access Unit situated at the Cordelia Agbebaku Auditorium for immediate capturing.
It is essential to emphasize that biometric verification will serve as the primary means of identification and attendance during the upcoming second-semester examinations scheduled to commence on the 18th of March, 2024. Therefore, students who fail to undergo the biometric capturing process and subsequent verification will not be granted access to examination halls.
This directive applies to all students, excluding final year/graduating students. The University urges all students to take prompt action and ensure compliance with this biometric capturing exercise. The success of this process is crucial for maintaining a secure and efficient examination environment.
The aforementioned information is applicable to all students in the University. Your cooperation in adhering to these guidelines is highly appreciated. For any further clarification or assistance, please contact the designated authorities.
Thank you for your understanding and prompt attention to this matter.
