The College of Nursing Sciences at Usman Danfodiyo University Teaching Hospital, Sokoto, hereby announces the commencement of the sales of admission forms for the General Nursing program for the academic session 2024/2025.
ENTRY REQUIREMENT:
Applicants must possess five credits in English Language, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology from WAEC, NECO, or NABTEB, not obtained in more than two sittings.
PROCEDURES FOR APPLICATION:
1. Interested candidates can obtain the application form online by paying a non-refundable sum of Seven thousand naira (N7000) through Remita.
2. Visit http://www.remita.net/ and select Usmanu Danfodiyo University Teaching Hospital Sokoto from the MDA Remita Payment menu. Choose UDUTH School of Nursing under the service, then generate a Remita (RRR) Number of the sum of Seven thousand naira only.
3. Present the receipt of Remita payment to the School of Nursing Accountant before obtaining your serial number and PIN.
4. Visit https://nursing.uduth.org.ng online, fill out the form with the serial number provided, and submit it after acknowledgment.
5. Come along with a clear printed colored copy of your application form on the date of the entrance exam.
